Using this website
You are welcome to browse the site and to share links to it. Please do not:
- try to get into the owner’s sign-in area or interfere with how the site works;

- use the site in a way that breaks the law.
Copyright in the photographs
Every photograph and all text on this site belong to Gregory Albert unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. Looking at them here does not give you a licence to use them. You may not copy, download for reuse, edit, publish or sell any photograph without our written permission. To license a photograph, email gregoryalbert1209@gmail.com.
People in the photographs
If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, see “If you appear in a photograph” in the Privacy Policy.
Commissions and bookings
The site shows our work; it does not take bookings or payments. Writing to us is an enquiry, not a contract. A commission exists only once its scope, fee and dates have been agreed in writing, and that agreement, not this page, sets its terms, including any deposit, cancellation or refund.
Links to other websites
The site may link to our profile on Instagram. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Mauritius that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date below shows when it last changed.
